friendly staffunprofessional welcomefaulty windows
staff was very friendly. this aspect met expectations.
I arrived to find check-in located at the restaurant bar. there was no professional welcome. It was like i was interrupting. staff informed us about windows that would not close in our room. they said they had not noticed this issue before, and had not received any complaints.
The staff members were helpful. My room included a smart television with streaming services available. The shower in my room was spacious, it was not a small cubicle. A fridge was available it contained water and canned drinks.
The window vinyl restricted views. I could not see outside clearly. Curtains were not ideal for blocking light. The sink in the bathroom was small.
Rooms

The room had original stained glass; they added to the unique atmosphere. The bed had soft linens and provided comfort. I appreciated how quiet the room was.
Dining

The hotel breakfast offered a good price and included various options. The breakfast service employee was very kind and helpful. I appreciated the attention given to the quality of the food.

The location was great. It was very close to the train station. The room included an en-suite shower. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The entrance was stuffy and uninviting. The initial contact did not feel cute. It was like I was interrupting the barman's fun with his friends.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I especially liked the windows in the building (they were interesting!). The location was also lovely.
The breakfast was not included. The room was also very draughty, as both windows were broken and did not fully close.

the staff were very helpful and enthusiastic. the rooms was super clean and freshly painted with nice corridors. crisp bed linen and fluffy towels were provided.
i found the furniture mismatched and cheap (i wasn't sure why it's considered 'boutique'). the room was quite draughty because both windows were broken. i could not fully close them and felt cold during the night despite a thick duvet.
